When you call just tell them that you are coming in for the 2009 Iron Warriors MC Nationals. If there are any questions from the hotel staff, just tell them that the rate was set by Susan Allison, Director of Sales.
The over flow hotel is just a stone throw from the host hotel. There is a 50 room block at this hotel, so book your rooms soon. We do have other hotels available, but we need to book this one first. Please let us know if you have any problems.
